Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Avern Systems Inc., the company that operates Ravenza. By using Ravenza, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your authentication methods secure. Usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights, or mislead people about affiliation with Ravenza or Avern Systems Inc.

Skills, sources, and rights

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Avern Systems Inc. the permission needed to host, process, index, review, display, and distribute that content according to the visibility you select. You must have the rights necessary to submit each source and must provide accurate provenance and rights information.

Public submissions

Public submissions may be reviewed, rejected, unlisted, or removed to protect users, comply with law, maintain catalogue quality, or enforce these terms. Approval does not transfer responsibility for your content to Avern Systems Inc.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ravenza to break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, evade access controls, misrepresent evidence, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

Service availability and disclaimers

Ravenza is provided on an as-available basis. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, even when grounded in sources, and must be reviewed before consequential use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avern Systems Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Ending use

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Ravenza, its users, or third parties, or when these terms are violated.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Send questions through Ravenza's support page.
