Privacy Policy

Ravenza is operated by Avern Systems Inc. This policy explains what information Ravenza processes when you browse the catalogue, create an account, connect an AI, publish a Skill, or contact us.

Information we process

We process account identifiers such as your email address, authentication provider, public username, profile details, saved Skills, follows, install activity, publisher memberships, and the content and sources you submit. We also process limited technical and product-usage data needed for security, reliability, and product improvement.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure Ravenza, maintain your library and channel, review public submissions, deliver updates, troubleshoot problems, and understand which product features work. We do not sell personal information.

Public content and connected AIs

Public Skills, public channel information, and their approved sources may be visible to other people and connected AI clients. Private and unlisted visibility controls affect discovery, but anyone with access to an unlisted link may share it.

Service providers and retention

Ravenza relies on infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and security providers that process data on our behalf. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and backups.

Your choices

Settings lets you export your Ravenza data, change profile details, and permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes account access and associated personal data, subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.

Contact and changes

Send privacy questions through Ravenza's support page. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date above.
